• 7-Day Exchange Period: You can exchange any product within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
• Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@shahiherbal.in with your order details and reason for the exchange. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the product.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
• Exchange Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the exchange and send you a replacement product. If the product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request.

• Return or Refund: We do not accept returns  or refund for any products. All sales are final. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.

General Terms

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order details and a photo of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit as per your preference.
• Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect product at no additional cost to you.
